Join Anarres

Anarres Psychotherapy is a small collective of therapists dedicated to working collaboratively and sustainably to provide accessible, quality therapeutic experiences. As therapists from marginalized communities, we work to center the voices and needs of those communities in both clinical and administrative work. As a business, we are invested in transparency, accountability, collective organizing, and liberatory practice. We are seeking clinicians who embody these values to join our group.

Being an employee at Anarres means not only working clinical hours, but also active engagement in the forming, development, and direction of Anarres. Employees of Anarres are treated as equal partners in the organization. All major decisions are made with group input and consensus, and employees are encouraged to attend weekly team meetings as well as participate in committees. Committee and meeting attendance includes full transparency of Anarres’ financials, insurance negotiations, internal and external communications, policy formation, and decision-making.

We are looking to add 1-2 more therapists to join our work by the end of June, with interviews happening in May. QTBIPOC therapists are strongly encouraged to apply.
